CAPI is a national competition designed to empower high school change makers to explore real-world issues through civic lenses. Students propose original solutions for local or school challenges and are judged by Austin Council members and Texas Representatives. Whether you're crafting legislation or analyzing investment impact, this is your chance to turn ideas into action.
Deadline: October 1st, 2025
Work in a team OR independently. Three winners will be selected from 10 finalists.
Finalists/Winners will receive monetary prizes from $50 to $300
